Born on February 15, 1993, Leomie Anderson is originally from Wandsworth, Greater London and Jamaican heritage. She began her career as a model when she was scouted in her city at 14. Anderson wanted to become a fashion journalist. At 17, she was booked for her first catwalk show by Marc Jacobs, becoming one of the designer's favourites. She appeared on Channel 4's reality show The Model Agency in 2011. Anderson has walked for brands such as Burberry, Giorgio Armani, Chloé, Fenty Puma, Tom Ford, Tommy Hilfiger, Oscar de la Renta, Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, Moschino, Jeremy Scott, Temperley, Vivienne Westwood and Yeezy. She became one of the faces of her role model, Rihanna's brand Fenty Beauty when it first launched in 2017. Her campaign portfolio includes Uniqlo, Topshop, Pat McGrath's make-up line and Jones New York. Leomie was selected for the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show and walked in the show for 4 consecutive years in 2015. In April 2019, she became the sixth Black and first British Black model, Victoria's Secret Angel. She was ranked as a 'Money Girl' by Model. Anderson created the LAPP blog (Leomie Anderson, the Project, the Purpose), which was later known as LAPP Magazine. The magazine offers insight and awareness about women's mental health, rights and body consciousness, and promotes female empowerment. Anderson founded her own clothing brand, LAPP The Brand, which was launched in September 2016 to support the platform. Her line of women's athletic garments can be worn as fashion or activewear. Sandien told The Sun, "I bid $600,000 (£438,000) to get the Messi handkerchief gone, after that the ad disappeared. I gave more than half the advertised amount believing I would win, but the ad disappeared after my bid, out of nowhere. The ad went off the air without giving more information about the outcome of the case, so we don't know if anyone bought the artefact, or if the advertiser gave up on the idea. I hope I made it." As of now, it is not clear whether the Brazilian beauty has been successful in her bid or not, but if she wins, she plans to pose with the tissue. Sandien is a model who lives in Barcelona and has appeared on the cover of Playboy Africa posing in a Barcelona shirt, which became a massive hit. The 27-year-old has over 55K followers on Instagram.
